There's No One Single Way Out...

I wish an angel would have approached me when I first discovered I had Lyme disease and said, "You can heal from this illness, but there is no one single protocol that cures everyone, and you'll have to take the road of trial-and-error in order to find the ones that will work for you."

Had I known this, perhaps I would have invested less, emotionally and financially, in the multitude of therapies that I have tried. Perhaps I wouldn't have placed so much hope in treatments that ended up helping me only inches instead of miles. Perhaps I wouldn't have been disillusioned by minor gains, after thousands of dollars spent and much energy invested in my healing. Maybe I would have accepted that often, treatments only bring a sufferer 10-30% improvement, and that multiple interventions are required in order to move that percentage ever higher. Or would knowing all this have discouraged me from the outset?

I don't think so. Instead, I believe it would have better equipped me to fight the battle of illness. So it's why I'm sharing this information with you; that you might know what awaits you. It's not an easy road; it may require that you periodically try new strategies and that you don't give up on your healing when one or more of these bring only minimal improvement.

By knowing that there's no one-size-fits all approach to healing, you won't be tempted to believe that just because your neighbor was healed by antibiotics, that this means that you will be, too. Yes, you certainly could be, but you'll know it's wiser not to put all of your eggs into the proverbial antibiotic basket.

The good news is, however, that because multiple strategies for treating Lyme and co-infections exist, you have an array of options to choose from. If one thing doesn't work, there's always another: Pharmaceutical antibiotics, herbs, colloidal silver, MMS, IRT, Quantum Techniques, Rife machines, Salt/C, and so on. Further, by knowing that you can't base your own protocol upon what has worked for another (unless, of course, the number of success stories is sky-high), you will be better equipped to make well-informed decisions regarding your healing.

What I refuse to accept is that we need to take 1001 supplements to get well. But maybe I am wrong. I have ordered teitalbaums new 2007 edition which we say just this!

Thats why I love Desperation medicine by shoemaker. Everything is so simple.

Also there is a spiritual dimension that no vitamin can fix.

My dear Connie,

It was about a year and a half ago that another Connie asked me for help. She has Morgellons which is very much related to Lyme. Anyway, we found an effective treatment that not only helps Morgellons people, but we have had amazing reports come back telling us that this product had a very powerful effect on Lyme as well.

In fact, dozens of Lyme victims have emailed or called and told me that they are nearly symptom-free now having taken this product of a few short weeks.

this product is a natural mineral and testing at FDA-certified laboratories have show amazing kill rates for some of the worst pathogens know to mankind.

I am most happy to share this with you if you will contact me at motorsilk@charter.net

You have nothing to loose except your symptoms, so please od get in touch, OK? thank you, Connie and blessing upon you!

Connie, thanks for all of your advice. I don't know where you get the energy to do all this. May God richly bless you and completely restore your health in this battle we fight.

I had 2 months of antibiotics but still had symptoms. I decided to try salt/c, thinking it might kill me or make me very sick, but it's inexpensive and easy. I have been on salt/c for 3 months and the symptoms have steadily decreased, and now I feel pretty good.

But there is no way to know if the antibiotics actually worked and the symptoms remained as an after-effect. There is no way of knowing if the salt/c worked, or if the symptoms were decreasing because of the antibiotics, or just going away naturally.

My feeling is that the antibiotics did some good, but was not enough, and the salt/c is very helpful. I think I will stay on salt/c as long as it seems to be working.

By the way -- at first I was buying salt tablets, which were expensive and hard to find. I spent about $100 and pharmacists were reluctant to sell them, if they had any. Eventually I realized that kosher salt is exactly the same thing, and is so cheap it's almost free. Just dissolve a teaspoon in hot water, or tea, to get each 4g dose.

Wallace-- I agree, I don't think we necessarily need 1001 supps to get well! ...And yes, I also believe the spiritual dimension is vital.

Brandytwirl--Thanks for the info. I will keep it in mind.

Tom--Thanks for your kind post. I don't know where I get the energy, either :) Actually, it IS a lot of work at times. But if it helps others, then I am happy to do so.

Lemon--Interesting about the salt! Thanks for the tip!

ahh... Brandytwirl. Please keep the spam to the can. If your FDA approved, opps sorry, tested at a FDA approved lab (but not certified) stuff is so wonderful why is it a secret unless we get on your spam list that could be bought and sold for your profit? Just say what it is and that you are hawking it. I believe the intent of this blog is not to create cash for you.

My current working hypothesis:

Early shoemaker(Desperation Medicine) is saying that we wont get anyway(because of endogenous toxins) unless we induce an intensification effect first. I think there are three things definitely which will induce that CSM, large doses of activated charcoal, fermented Noni.

We need to first deal with the toxins in our bodies! Practically permanently!

Then come all the supplements, detox regimes etc
