Super Siberian Ginseng

I wonder if God allowed siberian ginseng to flourish in Russia because He knew the people would need something powerful to withstand their harsh, cold living conditions. This may be silly hypothesis on my part, but what I'm about to tell you about the herb is not.

Siberian ginseng, or eleutherococcus, is an amazing herb which is helpful to the Lyme disease sufferer in more ways than one.

First, it increases one's capacity to withstand adverse conditions, as it increases stamina and mental alertness, at the same time that it reduces depression and mood swings.

Fatigued adrenals crave ginseng. It acts as a tonic to them, rejuvenating and revitalizing them, which has positive effects for the rest of the body.
I've taken half a dozen adrenal supplements, including glandular formulas, and none of them pumped up my staggering adrenals as much as Herb Pharm's 2:1 formula of Siberian Ginseng.

Further, the immune system gets a helping hand from ginseng, as this herb increases its production of natural killer and T-lymphocyte cells.

It isn't a herb to take continuously, however. Breaks must be given every couple of months, for a few weeks at a time, and especially for stronger formulations.

However, if you suffer from chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, mood swings and/or depression, lack of stamina, low immune function, and brain fog (yeah, I know, don't we all?) this herb is worth trying.

Hi Connie

Just thought I would let you know someone is enjoying your blog!

In particular I thought your blog about finding a boyfriend even though you have Lyme was very sweet. Yes we are growing through our suffering.

I have been thinking about trauma and how it may linked to why we are ill and remembered how this emotional part of healing is important for yourself.

I plan to do a trauma therapy in a couple of weeks. I may ask Buhner about it.

Anyway I am rambling but your blog often gives me a smile.

Sunny thoughts,
Wallace

This is what I will be doing in a couple of weeks as I think PTSD is relevant to me. 10 years of psychotherapy in 3 days is the advertising hype!

So when you say that IRT is all that is out there you can see that (maybe unfortunately!) there are always new things out there.

IRT seems to me similar to the Lightening Process which has links to NLP? I look forward to your next IRT blog as I dont have a firm handle on it.

Sunny thoughts,
Wallace
